Terms & Conditions

General information
• Communication through email or Discord private messages.
• I will start working after the invoice has been paid.
• I have the right to decline a commission if I feel it’s something that I do not have the skillset for, or if it’s something I am not in the mood to draw.
• Commission slots are first come first serve. Currently there is no waiting list.
• I will send you watermarked pictures through the entire process and will ask you if you want things changed in any way, or have suggestions.
• Any bigger revisions after I’ve moved past the sketching process will add an extra fee based on how big the change is. This includes things like repositioning a limb entirely, outfit change etc.
• If your commission includes some rather intricate details such as:
Complex designs of clothing/armor/weapons/tattoos/animal companions or familiars, I will charge an extra fee depending on the level of detail and complexity.
• Revisions for traditional art are not possible after the sketch stage.
• I often stream while I work on art. If you don’t want your commission to be streamed for any reason, please let me know. You can also ask me to notify you if I happen to start streaming while working on your piece.
• I tend to communicate a fair amount throughout the process to do my best to get everything as close to your wishes as possible, but if you’d rather just give me some info and refs and see whatever I cook up and surprise you with, that’s an option as well! (This does mean there won’t be any chance for revisions.)
• I usually work at a decent pace once I get started, and most works have been completed within a few weeks. Illustrations tend to take a bit longer.
• These commissions are for personal use only. This means you may not remove my watermark/signature, resell, or use the art to make a profit.
• Commercial license is available for things like emotes/designs, but will be discussed case-by-case. Prices for commissions with commercial rights are significantly higher.
• Clients are not permitted to use their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFT's), Blockchains, AI training or any related derivatives.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
X List of things I won’t do
• I will not imitate another artist’s style. I can tweak my own style a little bit towards more cutesy or semi-realism, but that’s about it.
• Nudity or adult themes when it’s applied to underage or childlike looking characters.
• Any themes that are racist, discriminating or offensive in some way.
• Gore
• Explicit NSFW
• Robots/machinery/vehicles and other more technical stuff to some degree.
• Real people ie. celebrities, your relative/friend/spouse, or you. (Sonas are ok)
• Themes related to real world politics or religion.
• Hyper-exaggerated body types. This isn't a strict no, but I have no experience and very little interest in it, so there are limits to how far i am comfortable going. (I will gladly do different bodytypes though!)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
✔ What I can do
• Existing original characters
• Fanart
• Design you a new OC and/or new outfits for them
• Tasteful/suggestive/wholesome NSFW
• Anthro/furry
• Animals/creatures
• LGBTQIA+ topics are close to my heart!

Payment and refund policy
• Payments will be done via Paypal or Stripe invoice. (Stripe invoices have a secure card payment link, you do not need a Stripe account to use it.)
• For commissions that cost 200€ or more, I am willing to offer a payment plan to pay in 2-4 parts depending on the total price. This means I will work up to a certain point and only continue once the next portion has been paid.
• If for some reason I become unable to continue working entirely, I will refund any currently paid but unfinished commissions 100%.
• You may request a partial refund if I haven't finished your commission within 60 days of starting it. You will be refunded the portion of money that did not go into the work in relation to how far I had gotten with it. Commissions on a payment plan are not included in this rule, as they may span over several months before finished.
These are the only situations where I will do refunds.
• I do not have the option to tip upon payment. If you feel like you want to tip me for any reason, you can do so at my Ko-Fi!
• In the case of traditional art commissions, please keep in mind that mailing the physical piece to you may be quite expensive depending on your location. (A3 sized painting mailed outside of Europe for an example, costs about 42€) So make sure you have some room in your budget for the shipping costs!
• By default the shipped traditional pieces have tracking, but do not have insurance. I am not responsible for shipments lost or damaged by the couriers.

How to send a commission request

I will reply to everyone who sends a request, in the order they come in. Once i've accepted your commission we can continue the discussion through email or discord, but first contact should always be through the form or email.Alternatively, you can contact me straight through email: [email protected]
I will still need all the same information that is in the forms regarding your commission, so please provide it in your message. (forms is easier, but if for any reason you don't want to use google forms, then this is an option.)
